My passion for agile methodologies extends beyond HR to encompass a dedication to guiding professionals toward achieving their full potential in dynamic, ever-evolving business landscapes.           

As a C-Level Agile HR professional, I have brought strategic leadership and progressive HR initiatives to the forefront, driving organizational transformation, fostering agility, and advocating for employee development. I have successfully integrated agile coaching methodologies into HR practices, supporting talent development, performance management, and organizational restructuring with a focus on empowering individuals to adapt and thrive in changing work environments.

Well, my vision was birthed in January 2019, when I launched my Instagram platform ‘@careers_with_kemi’. Having interviewed well over 2000 young jobseekers at the time, I became really concerned about a trend that was consistent with young graduates and some professionals at the various capacities I worked in.

Many needed CLARITY & DIRECTION in their careers.

With that in mind, I was determined to help young jobseekers and professionals via my platform which I was able to achieve with valuable career tips, job referrals, available vacancies, mentoring and clarity calls. This platform has helped over 10,000 job seekers land better jobs. Isn’t it amazing?!

During one-on-one clarity calls, over time, I have come to realize five (5) challenges that are consistent with young career enthusiasts and professionals. They include:
